Hotlines

imageThrough our national telephone hotline, the Medicare Rights Center provides direct assistance not only to older adults and people with disabilities, but to their friends, family, caregivers and professionals who have Medicare questions or problems.

Trained hotline counselors respond to questions about available health plan options, rights and benefits, and can also help you get the care and medicines you need. When appropriate, our staff represents clients who cannot secure the care or coverage they need on their own.
